Job title: Groundworker Social housing Location: West London Pay: £15.00 – £18.00 per hour + van and fuel card Our client is a leading housing association, who are driven by their social purpose where their residents are at the heart of everything they do – more homes, better places, excellent services. They provide an efficient ‘right first time’ repairs and maintenance services to their properties is the key focus. We’re currently recruiting for experienced/qualified Groundworking Operatives to join our Property Team. As you’ll spend a fair amount of time on the road we will provide you with a van and fuel card. What you’ll need: You should have experience within a similar role, ideally from within a Residential/Housing sector and ideally a qualificartion of NVQ level 2 OR have a minimum of 3 years experience within the industry. You must have experience in the following: Brickwork Drainage i.e. French and acco Fencing repairs and replacing Concreting Paving and slabbing This is a full time role, working 40 Hours per week. Due to the requirement to travel, you must hold a full and current driving licence. This role is subject to a satisfactory qualifications check and a basic disclosure.
