We are working with a leading Repairs and Maintenance Contractor within the Social Housing sector to recruit an Electrician to join their team. As an operative within the Social Housing sector, you will play a crucial role in the maintenance and improvement of properties, ensuring all work is completed to a high-quality and in compliance with H&S and relevant regulations. Your role will focus on carrying out routine property maintenance, completing multiple jobs per day, ensuring a best in class standard of customer service is provided to the residents and their homes.
Qualifications/Experience Required:
- Proven experience as a Multi Trader in social housing or similar environment.
- Must have 18th edition and NVQ level 3.
- CSCS card and Asbestos Awareness cert Gold card required also.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.
- Experience using a PDA, good IT skills with experience using job scheduling software.
- Willingness to undertake a DBS check - with no unspent criminal convictions.
- Full, UK, manual driving license.
