Job Title: Contract Coordinator
Location: Harlow
Salary: >£29,000 + benefits
We are pleased to be working with a leading specialist contractor in passive fire protection, delivering high-quality fire stopping, fire doors, and compartmentation works across a wide range of sectors including residential, healthcare, education, and commercial projects. With a strong reputation for safety, compliance, and excellence, they pride themselves on their commitment to protecting lives and property through superior workmanship
Duties:
- Resident Liaison and booking appointments
- Support with Client Liaison ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and effective communication.
- Laision, planning, scheduling and allocation of work to operational teams
- Update and maintain trackers and systems
- Job set up
- Job file maintenance, record keeping and compliance.
- Preparing and submitting handover and certification documentation for compliance.
- Supporting and Liaising with Operational teams to ensure smooth delivery of contracts .
- Ensure Checkmate Way processes and procedures are being followed and maintain records for compliance and audit.
- Support with site purchasing, invoice matching and stock monitoring
- Handling incoming calls and enquiries
- Manage workload and ensure deadlines are met and adhered to.
Experience:
- Working within a similar contract co-ordination role in social housing or similar sector
- Customer/client liaison
- Working in a fast paced environment
- Ability to adapt and be flexible to environments as and when required
Other attributes:
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent Organisational Skills with ability to take ownership of tasks, situations and manage multiple tasks
- Flexibility and willingness to take on tasks and help out wherever necessary
- A drive to succeed in a diverse team, by way of taking control of situations to ensure completion of actions is at the forefront
