We are currently recruiting for an experienced Roofer to join a well-established social housing contractor covering the Hastings area. This is a permanent opportunity for a skilled roofer with experience carrying out repairs and maintenance within occupied and void social housing properties.
The role offers a varied workload, working across a range of roofing repairs while also undertaking associated maintenance tasks when required.
- Carrying out a variety of roofing repairs and maintenance works
- Working on both occupied and void social housing properties
- Completing minor associated works such as guttering, fascia/soffit repairs and basic carpentry
Proven experience as a Roofer within the social housing or property maintenance sector is required, along with being competent in carrying out a range of roofing repairs and holding a full UK Driving Licence.
