With decades of experience delivering repairs and maintenance services to housing providers across the UK, our client has built an excellent reputation for quality workmanship, customer service and investing in their workforce. Due to continued growth and contract success, they are looking to expand their team with a skilled and customer-focused Plumber Multi Trader. This is a permanent opportunity covering East London and Essex, carrying out reactive maintenance within occupied social housing properties. You'll enjoy a varied workload, long-term job security and the opportunity to work for a contractor with a strong pipeline of work and genuine opportunities for career progression. Carry out reactive plumbing repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties. Undertake a variety of multi-trade works including basic carpentry, tiling, patch plastering, painting and decorating. Proven experience working as a Plumber Multi Trader within social housing, domestic maintenance or reactive repairs. Strong plumbing background with the ability to carry out a range of additional multi-trade repairs. Full UK Driving Licence. Competitive salary of £38,000 - £40,000 Company van and fuel card.
