We are working with one of the UK's leading privately-owned Construction and Interiors companies to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Birmingham. We're looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of commercial delivery across multiple projects, from preconstruction through to completion. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative, high-performing team working on high profile projects within Education, Healthcare and Blue Light services.
You'll lead the commercial management of projects, ensuring strong cost control, contractual compliance and accurate reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
