Howells Solicitors offers a structured and supportive Residential Property Qualification Programme, with CLC and SQE pathways available depending on your qualification level (graduate and non-graduate routes). This Programme combines hands-on legal experience, funded training, and dedicated mentorship to support your journey into a successful legal career in residential property. Route selection will depend on your existing qualifications and experience.

Routes to Qualification

  • CLC Pathway (Non-Graduate Route) designed for candidates pursuing qualification as a Licensed Conveyancer through the Council for Licensed Conveyancers (CLC).
  • SQE Pathway (Graduate Route) designed for law and non-law graduates working towards qualification as a Solicitor via the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE).
