This role will provide direct administrative support to the fee earners in the Residential Conveyancing team to ensure we are giving our clients, introducers and referrers the best possible service and experience.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Preparing initial draft documents, including contracts, to assist the fee earners with transactions.
  • Being the first point of contact with clients, introducers, and other firms.
  • Case management using ActionStep.
  • Supporting the fee earners, line managers or Director in all clerical duties which may include:
    • Land Registry applications.
    • Lodging Stamp Duty Land Tax/Land Transaction returns.
    • Ordering conveyancing searches.
    • Carrying out legal research.
  • Going above and beyond in your work.
  • Maintaining high levels of client and company confidentiality.
  • Any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as directed by your line manager or Director.
