As an Associate Solicitor within our Private Client team, you will take on a pivotal role in shaping both client outcomes and the future of the department. Take ownership of a broad and varied caseload of private client matters, including:
- wills, estate planning, and wealth preservation strategies;
- lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters.
Deliver clear, pragmatic, and commercially astute legal advice tailored to each client’s circumstances. Build and nurture long-term client relationships, consistently delivering an exceptional standard of client care. Play an active role in business development, including networking, building professional connections, and contributing to marketing initiatives. Ensure full compliance with regulatory, legal, and professional standards at all times. Contribute to the strategic direction and growth of the Private Client Department, bringing ideas and insight to drive continuous improvement. Maintain meticulous file management, time recording, and billing in line with firm policies and procedures. Demonstrable involvement in business development and networking activities.
