We are searching for a New Enquiry Administrator/Secretary to join our busy family law team based at our Sheffield office.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our thriving and well-respected family law team, which is one of the largest in the UK.
We’re looking for a motivated individual with a strong interest—or background—infamily and matrimonial law. While prior experience in these areas is preferred,comprehensive training and support will be providedfor the right candidate.
You should be confident in handlingclient enquiries both over the phone and face-to-face, with the ability to processcomplex legal fileswith care and attention to detail.

Secretary / New Enquiry Administrator Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
– Provide exceptional client care, including answering calls, responding to new enquiries, arranging meetings with clients, barristers, and experts, replying to emails, and meeting clients face-to-face.
– Process client documents and onboard new clients onto our case management system.
– Liaise with solicitors and paralegals regarding case progress and communicate updates to clients in a timely and clear manner.
– Assist with preparing legal documentation, statements, and court bundles for family court hearings.
– Carry out audio typing, note taking, and general file administration.
– Maintain confidentiality at all times, particularly given the sensitive nature of family law cases.
