Job Description

This role will provide direct administrative support to the fee earners in the Commercial Property team to provide an exceptional client service at all times.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Providing full support to the commercial property fee earners and undertaking administrative tasks relating to commercial property sales and purchases, under supervision.
- Onboarding clients, opening files and closing files where necessary.
- Liaising with existing and prospective clients, answering, and resolving their queries where relevant.
- Providing an excellent level of service to our clients.
- Interacting with solicitors within the firm from time to time, providing clarification on any queries or issues.
- Any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as directed by your line manager or Director.
