Take ownership of a broad and varied caseload of private client matters, including: wills, estate planning, and wealth preservation strategies; lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters. Deliver clear, pragmatic, and commercially astute legal advice tailored to each client’s circumstances. Build and nurture long-term client relationships, consistently delivering an exceptional standard of client care. Play an active role in business development, including networking, building professional connections, and contributing to marketing initiatives. Ensure full compliance with regulatory, legal, and professional standards at all times. Contribute to the strategic direction and growth of the Private Client Department, bringing ideas and insight to drive continuous improvement.
