We are working with a well-established contractor to recruit an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a series of small-scale refurbishment projects across South West London. This role will suit a self-sufficient Site Manager capable of running multiple projects concurrently-typically valued between £200K-£300K and delivered over 10-16 weeks. You will take full responsibility for managing 2-3 live sites, overseeing site setups, programme delivery, health and safety, and ensuring works are completed on time and within budget.
We are looking for someone with a broad construction background-ideally from an SME or a small works/minor works division within a larger contractor. A background in hands-on building work before moving into site management would be highly advantageous.
