Sales Director – Fire Protection – North WestLocation: North West, UKFull-Time | Senior LeadershipCompetitive Salary + Bonus + Car Allowance

We are working with a fast-growing National Fire & Security contractor, based in the North West, to recruit a Sales Director to lead their Sales Team and continue their rapid expansion within the sector.

Sales Director Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and deliver the sales strategy aligned with our growth plan.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team (BDMs, Account Managers, Estimators).
  • Drive new business in key sectors: education, healthcare, government.
  • Manage and grow existing client relationships.
  • Contribute to key sales and framework wins.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reporting.
  • Stay on top of industry standards (BS5839, NSI, BAFE).

Sales Director Experience:
