Salary: 45k - 55k plus package
We are currently working with a leading property services business to recruit a Retrofit Coordinator to join their team in Peterborough.
Key Duties:
- To have full responsibility for the overall management and delivery of the PAS2035 process, including assessment, design, installation and handover and monitoring, as defined in PAS processes.
- Manage the retrofit survey process throughout the London area, ensuring high standards of quality and compliance throughout the process.
- Provide accurate and effective energy modelling using RdSAP and full SAP, and provide guidance on solutions for meeting specific scheme criteria.
- Delivery against specific objectives and targets on retrofit schemes.
- Manage the PAS2035 lodgement process on trustmark in accordance with main contract delivery programmes to allow timely draw down of funding.
- Undertaking retrofit assessments in accordance with PAS 2035, the specification for the energy retrofit of domestic buildings.
- Providing specialist advice on energy efficiency and renewable energy measures to householders by phone, email and face to face.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all interactions with clients.
Required Experience:
- Level 5 Retrofit Coordinator Certificate.
- Construction related qualification with experience in the construction industry is preferable.
- Full UK driving licence as this role requires travel.
- In-depth knowledge of the Retrofit process and the roles of all stakeholders identified within PAS 2035.
