As a Social Housing Reactive Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of our social housing units. You will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of properties, ensuring the safety and comfort of our residents.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians and contractors in responding to reactive maintenance requests.
- Inspect properties to identify repair and maintenance needs, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
