Quantity Surveyor – Social Housing – Planned Maintenance & Voids Southampton Full-Time, Permanent position£40K – £45K + car allowance We are working with a leading Social Housing contractor to recruit an experienced and successful Quantity Surveyor to join their team delivering a planned maintenance & voids contract. We are looking for a proven commercial professional ideally with experience in social housing refurbishment programmes, ideally with knowledge of internal and external planned maintenance programmes with a comprehensive commercial understanding of subcontractor procurement and cost management, the CVR process as well as excellent client relationship skills.
