This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven Project Manager with a determined and motivated attitude, or an experienced Senior Site Manager who is looking to progress with a market leader. Works include internal and external upgrades to tenanted properties, including new kitchens, bathrooms, windows, doors, roofing, and some decarbonisation projects. Daily Responsibilities: Manage all day to day operations of the capital improvement programmes. Identifying discrepancies and risks and taking appropriate actions, reporting back to relevant stakeholders when this occurs Work closely and meet with client and stakeholders on site to survey and complete property condition reports.
