We are pleased to be working with a leading specialist contractor in passive fire protection, delivering high-quality fire stopping, fire doors, and compartmentation works across a wide range of sectors including residential, healthcare, education, and commercial projects. With a strong reputation for safety, compliance, and excellence, they pride themselves on their commitment to protecting lives and property through superior workmanship.
As the Site Manager, you will supervise and manage the contractors' undertaking works, ensuring the works are completed in a safe and efficient manner within stated timescales. You will be responsible for management of sub-contractors, inspecting properties pre and post works, taking progress meetings and overseeing the day-to-day delivery of the programme.
Relevant Experience / Qualifications:
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- CSCS Card
- Asbestos Awareness
- Able to gain Security Clearance
- IOSH
- Relevant Fire Qualification preferred but not essential (BM Trada, FIRAS, NVQ Passive Fire)
- Fire Stopping background
