Howells Contracts are recruiting for a leading social housing contractor to recruit a team of Multi Trade Operatives to carry out void property repairs and maintenance works to empty social housing properties in the Stratford-upon-Avon area. A Company van and fuel card will be provided.
Multi-Trade Experience
- You will be confident in carrying out trades such as carpentry, plumbing, minor brickwork, patch plastering, roofing and tiling, ensuring properties are returned to a lettable standard.
Multi-Trade Additional Requirements
- NVQ Qualified/City and Guilds Qualified (Level 2 minimum)
- Valid Clean UK Driving Licence
- Current valid DBS Check or be willing to undertake as required
- Experience working within tenanted properties
- Familiar with PDA usage
- Clean, presentable, and must be eligible to work in the UK (with proof)
- Looking for someone based in the Bryze Norton Area
