What you'll be doing:
  • Preparing surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling and repairing imperfections

  • Protecting surfaces and ensuring tidy, professional work areas
  • Measuring, cutting and applying wallpaper and decorative coverings
  • Repairing walls, ceilings, and woodwork where needed
  • Working alongside a supportive team and contractors to deliver great results
  • Keeping tools and equipment in top condition
  • Following all health & safety guidelines and company standards
What we're looking for:
  • Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator (social housing experience is a plus!)
  • Strong skills in painting, wallpapering and general decorating
  • Great attention to detail and pride in high-quality finishes
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good organisation and time management skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • A positive, safety-first attitude
