We are recruiting on behalf of a leading industry association seeking an Insurance Compliance Executive/Advisor to support their compliance and regulatory functions. This role offers direct exposure to the COO and senior leadership, providing an excellent platform for career growth in a dynamic and evolving sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in monitoring regulatory developments and supporting members with compliance requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance on regulatory and market issues.
  • Support the development of compliance resources, reports, and industry updates.
  • Contribute to learning programs, technical forums, and policy initiatives.
  • Engage with regulatory bodies and industry stakeholders.
  • Maintain and enhance technical and regulatory knowledge databases.
  • Support the CRM system (HubSpot) to manage and enhance member engagement.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Interest in insurance, compliance, and regulation (prior experience in a similar role is an advantage).
  • Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to interpret regulatory information.
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and technical writing.
  • Organised and proactive with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) is beneficial but not essential.
