Interim HR Role – Competitive Day Rate

Are you an experienced HR professional looking for your next challenge? Our client, a leading national property maintenance group, is seeking interim HR support.

Key Objectives:

  • Implementing organisation design – including role definitions, hiring support, and redundancy management.
  • Conducting compensation and benefits analysis with actionable recommendations.
  • Delivering against Q1 HR and People Change Plan milestones.
  • Supporting the rollout of Group policies and processes.
