Are you an experienced Employee Relations professional looking for your next challenge? Our client, an award-winning bank and employer, is seeking an Employee Relations Manager to join their established team on a 6-9 month fixed-term contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced ER leader with a strong background in disciplinaries, grievances and redundancies. Prior TUPE experience is also a plus. You’ll be stepping into a fast-paced, welcoming environment where pragmatic judgment, technical expertise, and initiative are key.
