Compliance Executive/Advisor (Insurance)
City of London | Hybrid (2-3 days in office)
£45,000 per annum + benefits

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading industry association seeking an Insurance Compliance Executive/Advisor to support their compliance and regulatory functions. This role offers direct exposure to the COO and senior leadership, providing an excellent platform for career growth in a dynamic and evolving sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring regulatory developments and supporting members with compliance requirements.
- Provide technical guidance on regulatory and market issues.
- Support the development of compliance resources, reports, and industry updates.
- Contribute to learning programs, technical forums, and policy initiatives.
- Engage with regulatory bodies and industry stakeholders.
- Maintain and enhance technical and regulatory knowledge databases.
- Support the CRM system (HubSpot) to manage and enhance member engagement.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Interest in insurance, compliance, and regulation (prior experience in a similar role is an advantage).
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to interpret regulatory information.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and technical writing.
- Organised and proactive with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) is beneficial but not essential.
