We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Social Housing Plumber Multi Trader to join our dedicated team in the Southend area.

Job Description

As a Social Housing Multi, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving social housing properties. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting repairs and maintenance tasks in various trades, including plumbing, painting, and general building maintenance however mainly Carpentry.
  • Responding to service requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensuring all work is completed to high-quality standards and in compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications
