Site Manager - Planned Maintenance £50K - £60K plus company car or car allowance Birmingham Full-Time, permanent position We are working with a leading Social Housing Contractor to recruit multiple experienced Site Managers to deliver Planned Maintenance Projects throughout Birmingham. Work scopes are varied, and include aids and adapts, kitchens, bathrooms, roofing works, window and door replacements, cladding, structural repairs and insulation. This is a client facing role where you will be responsible for delivering refurbishment programs to tenanted properties, through effective management of your site team of Assistant Site Managers and Customer Service Officers. We are looking for candidates with proven experience of driving successful delivery through effective management, whilst ensuring health and safety standards are adhered to at all times.
