Role: Plumber Location: South Croydon and surrounding areas Salary: £38,000 - £38,325 per annum + Company Van Fuel Card Role Summary We are currently seeking an experienced Plumber to join a well-established maintenance team, carrying out reactive and planned plumbing repairs within occupied social housing properties across South Croydon and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Plumber who enjoys a varied workload and takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship. Working across a portfolio of domestic properties, you'll play an important role in ensuring residents' homes are safe, well-maintained and plumbing issues are resolved efficiently. The role is field-based, covering South Croydon and nearby areas, so you'll need to be comfortable travelling between properties throughout the working day. The Role As a Plumber, you'll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of plumbing repairs and maintenance works within occupied and void social housing properties. You'll work independently whilst being part of a supportive and established maintenance team.
