Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced plumber multi trader to join a well-established reactive maintenance team, carrying out day-to-day repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties across North London areas.
Schedule Shift Times: 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM
Rota Pattern: 4 days on and 2 days off rolling schedule, including weekends and public holidays
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out a range of plumbing repairs and maintenance works within occupied residential properties.
- Diagnosing and repairing faults on domestic plumbing systems including taps, toilets, showers, sinks, pipework and drainage systems.
- Completing plumbing installations and replacements as required.
- Undertaking additional multi-trade duties including:
- Basic carpentry
- Basic electrical work (like-for-like)
- Small area tiling
- Patch plastering
- Diagnosing faults and resolving maintenance issues efficiently and effectively.
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
