Plumber Multi Trader Night Shift Location: Covering South East London Salary: £48,000 per annum + Company Van Fuel Card Overview We are currently seeking an experienced plumber multi trader to join a well-established reactive maintenance team, carrying out day-to-day repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties across North London areas. Job Overview Schedule Shift Times: 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM Rota Pattern: 4 days on and 2 days off rolling schedule, including weekends and public holidays Key Responsibilities Carrying out a range of plumbing repairs and maintenance works within occupied residential properties. Diagnosing and repairing faults on domestic plumbing systems including taps, toilets, showers, sinks, pipework and drainage systems. Completing plumbing installations and replacements as required.
