We're currently looking for an experienced Carpenter Multi to join a busy Repairs & Maintenance Contractor, carrying out reactive maintenance across East London and Ilford.
This is a varied role suited to a skilled Carpenter who is confident carrying out general maintenance and repairs within occupied social housing properties. You'll be responsible for completing a range of carpentry and multi-skilled works, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

What you'll be doing:
- Carrying out reactive maintenance and repairs across social housing properties
- Completing carpentry repairs including doors, frames, skirting, architraves and kitchen units
- Carrying out basic multi-skilled repairs as required
- Making good after works to leave a clean and professional finish
- Diagnosing issues and completing first-time fixes where possible
- Working efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship
- Providing a professional and respectful service within occupied homes
- Managing your own workload and completing jobs within required timescales
- Accurately recording works completed and materials used
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter Multi or Multi-Skilled Carpenter
- Strong carpentry skills with good general maintenance knowledge
- Experience within reactive maintenance, social housing or a similar environment
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
- Professional manner and good communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to travel across East London and Ilford
