IT Mobilisation Bid Manager Location: North London Travel: UK-wide travel required Salary : £70K - £85K + Benefits We are recruiting a leader to drive technology delivery of complex contract mobilisations, ensuring customers experience a seamless transition from contract award through to go-live and hypercare. My client is a leading national contractor delivering a variety of construction, refurbishment and repairs contracts for housing associations, councils and public sector organisations. You'll lead a talented team of Project Managers and Business Analysts, own the IT mobilisation plan end-to-end, and represent IT at key client and programme forums. You'll also play an important role in bids and tenders, helping shape compelling, deliverable technology solutions for prospective customers. What you'll be responsible for Lead IT mobilisations end-to-end Own the IT mobilisation plan, milestones, dependencies and stage gates from initial kick-off through go-live and hypercare, ensuring technology workstreams are delivered safely, on time and to the required quality. Lead and develop your team Line-manage Project Managers and Business Analysts, setting clear objectives, coaching for delivery excellence and building a collaborative, high-performing mobilisation practice.
