For Companies Our client is independently recognised as a leading provider of private client tax and trusts advice to domestic and international UHNWIs. Their Trusts team is growing and are keen to appoint an additional Tax & Trusts adviser at Manager level.
The role will involve taking responsibility for a portfolio of onshore and offshore trusts, acting as the client’s primary point of contact. You’ll work closely with Directors and Partners on ad hoc trust advisory projects, as well as reviewing trust accounts and returns prepared by junior staff. You’ll oversee day to day trust management, liaising with clients, trustees and third-party advisers.
The successful candidate is likely to be STEP qualified (potentially also CTA) and will certainly have demonstrable experience of advising on trust taxation, trust accountants, IHT and estate planning. They will be looking for a modern, supportive environment in which to develop their career towards Senior Manager and Director grades.
Salary will be dependent on grade and experience but within the band £65,000-£75,000 + bens.
The firm is embracing hybrid working and scope exists to work from home 2-3 days a week, if one wishes. Ref 705
