Their growing Tax team already maintains a high profile across the region, acting for entrepreneurial OMBs, companies and their owners. The team now seeks a talented Tax Director to provide ad hoc corporate tax, income tax, and CGT planning advice.

You’ll undertake tax advisory work including that relating to restructuring, transactions, shareholder planning, succession, and sale of businesses. You’ll also oversee junior staff handling a portfolio of corporate tax compliance.

The role is very much client-facing and will require excellent client relationship management skills. An interest in networking and building new work is also important, although there will be an established portfolio of clients to be looked after from day one.
