They lead relationships (with the guidance of partners where required) and are encouraged to begin growing their own network of clients and referrers. They advise HNW entrepreneurs, business owners, FS directors and families, all with UK and US aspects to their personal tax affairs. The work offers a healthy mix of ad hoc advisory projects and bespoke, complex compliance, offering the ideal environment in which to progress one’s career.
