This is a super opportunity for a CTA personal tax professional to play a key role in one of Cheltenham's leading Private Client teams. Our client has built a strong reputation in the Personal Tax field, in particular advising landed wealth, entrepreneurs, business owners, farming & bloodstock clients and HNW families. Demand for their expertise continues to grow and they now seek an additional personal tax Associate Director or Director.
Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for a portfolio of clients, undertaking ad hoc income tax, CGT and IHT planning work.
- Oversee complex personal tax compliance.
- Work alongside high profile partners and contribute to developing the Private Client practice in the region.
- Support development towards Director grade and build a strong professional profile as a private client adviser.
Qualifications and Attributes
- Extensive experience advising on capital taxation, succession of wealth and income tax issues affecting high-net-worth landed/farming clients.
- Confident client-facing adviser who also enjoys building third-party relationships.
Working Arrangements and Compensation
Our client is embracing agile/hybrid working and offers home working 2-3 days a week, if the individual wishes. Salary is likely to be in the region £75,000 - £90,000 p.a. + benefits, dependent on experience.
