If you’re a personal tax CTA looking to move into an advisory-focused role, our client offers the opportunity to handle high quality private client tax planning work from their offices in either Canterbury or Chatham. There’s also scope to homework a couple of days a week.
You’ll work closely with high profile partners and senior managers, providing ad hoc income and capital taxes planning advice to HNW families, entrepreneurs and business owners. This is an advisory-focused role (90%), requiring the CTA qualification and a strong technical understanding of CGT, IHT and income tax issues. Some previous personal tax planning experience would be helpful but is not essential.
As this is very much a client-facing role, excellent communication and relationship management skills are essential.
Salary will be dependent on experience, but is likely to be in the region c.£50k-£60k + bens. This is a super opportunity to leave most of the tax return work behind and to progress your personal tax career in the HNW planning field.
