BROKER – LNG / London or Singapore

Howe Robinson Partners provides comprehensive shipbroking services to its global client base in the Containership, Dry Bulk, LNG, and Tanker markets. Its shipbrokers are active in chartering, newbuilding contracting, second-hand sale and purchase, and demolition as well as in providing valuation, and market research services.

The LNG team, established in 2019, has offices in London, Houston, Madrid (jv), Dubai and Singapore and is actively seeking an accomplished and experienced Broker to bolster our expanding team, in either London or Singapore.

Key Skills & Experience

• At least 2 years' broking experience is desirable, ideally within the LNG or shipping sector.
• A strong understanding of LNG vessel markets, chartering structures and commercial operations.
• Excellent client relationship management skills, with the ability to develop and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Highly motivated, commercially minded and entrepreneurial, with a strong drive to achieve results.
• Proven negotiation skills, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Numerate, analytical, and comfortable handling dynamic market data.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative and contribute effectively within a collaborative team.
• Confident interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate professionally at all levels.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English. Additional language skills are beneficial.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
