Howdens Windsor is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Kitchen Sales Designer to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a high-potential depot with strong market presence and clear scope to achieve or exceed £3,000,000 in turnover by the end of 2027.
Responsibilities
- Design and sell kitchens tailored to customer needs using Howdens’ design software
- Build and maintain strong relationships with trade customers and homeowners
- Manage enquiries from initial consultation through to order completion
- Drive sales performance and contribute to depot turnover and targets
- Work closely with depot colleagues to ensure accuracy, availability, and timely delivery
- Maintain high standards of customer service and product knowledge

Additional Information
As a Kitchen Sales Designer, you will support our Trade customers by turning their clients’ dream kitchens into a reality. Meeting end users in their homes, you will listen to their vision, understand their needs, and offer expert advice. You will plan and design inspirational kitchens that exceed expectations for both design and utility, negotiate with Trade customers, and promote the integrity and value of the design and the quality of our products.
