This 12–15 month apprenticeship provides hands-on experience across key depot areas, including customer service at the trade counter, sales and business development, stock control, and kitchen planning.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service and build strong relationships with trade customers in person and on the phone
- Serve and assist customers at the trade counter, ensuring timely and accurate product delivery
- Develop product knowledge to advise customers on kitchen, bedroom and joinery ranges; identify new sales opportunities to help grow the depot
- Understand stock control and warehousing principles; maintain accurate stock levels and follow health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the depot team to contribute to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Work towards completing the Level 2 Trade Supplier Apprenticeship, including English and Maths if required
