The Territory Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site position based in Sheffield. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective trade customers while identifying sales opportunities to drive growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering outstanding customer service
- Prospecting and acquiring new clients
- Managing customer accounts
- Promoting Howdens’ extensive product range
You will collaborate with depot colleagues to ensure the highest standards of professionalism and customer support, consistently contributing to the success of the depot.
Qualifications:
- Proven abilities in sales, relationship management, and account management
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage and collaborate with customers and team members
- Solid organizational and time management skills for handling multiple customer accounts and tasks
- Understanding of trade, joinery, and kitchen products is advantageous
- Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management tools is a plus

- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory
