Howdens Joinery is looking for a Regional Contract Sales Manager to join our contracts team to cover the South Coast. This role offers an excellent opportunity to identify new business opportunities and promote Howdens kitchens, appliances, and accessories to New Build Developments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for delivering excellent customer service and have a talent for building and securing business relationships.
What will I be doing as a Regional Contract Sales Manager?
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets by developing new and existing contracts.
- Making initial contact with potential customers including builders, developers, and housing associations.
- Promoting and selling Howdens services, kitchen ranges, appliances, and accessories.
- Collaborating with the Kitchen CAD designer to produce innovative kitchen solutions within budget constraints.
What Do We Need From You?
- Experience selling into the Construction / New Build Housing Market is essential.
- Kitchen sales experience is advantageous.
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service and building business through trust and recommendations.
- Customer care orientation and relationship-building skills.
- Computer literacy.
- Full driving license.
- Experience in the Kitchen industry is beneficial.

- £45-55,000 OTE plus bonus scheme.
