As a Kitchen Sales Designer, you will support our Trade customers by turning their clientsβ dream kitchens into reality. You will meet end users in their homes, listen to their vision, understand their needs, and offer expert advice. You will plan and design inspirational kitchens that exceed expectations for design and utility. You will have the confidence to negotiate with Trade customers while promoting and protecting the integrity and value of the design and the quality of our products.
Responsibilities
- Meet with end users in their homes to understand their needs and vision for their kitchen.
- Plan and design kitchens that meet or exceed expectations for design and utility.
- Negotiate with Trade customers while upholding the integrity and value of the design and product quality.
- Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Skills and qualifications
- Customer service
- Thrives in fast-paced environments
- An eye for design
- Previous sales experience
- Prioritisation and organisation skills
- Curious learner
- Results driven
- Full UK Driving licence
- Access to your own vehicle
- Previous design (CAD) experience is preferred, but not essential
Training
We offer face-to-face and online training via the Howdens Academy, covering kitchen measuring, compliance, inspirational design, technical product knowledge, and sales skills.
