Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Kitchen Designer located in Plymouth. The Kitchen Designer will be responsible for designing kitchen layouts for customers, offering expert advice on product choices, coordinating with local tradespeople, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Daily tasks include creating design plans using specialized software, answering customer inquiries, following up on sales leads, and maintaining product knowledge to provide the best solutions for customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Kitchen & Bath Design and Cabinetry
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Experience in Sales with a focus on building customer relationships
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with design software and tools
