Our Chartered Management Degree Apprenticeship offers a unique, end-to-end insight into our business. Through a structured rotational programme, you’ll gain real-world experience across Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality, Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance and HR, building a broad and valuable understanding of how a major UK business operates based at our site in Howden, East Riding of Yorkshire.

About The Role

  • Location: Howden, East Yorkshire
  • Contract: Full Time, Permanent
  • Salary: £24,000 per annum
  • Assessment day: Thursday 7th May 2026

Application and Assessment Process

Your application will be carefully reviewed, and we will be in touch with all applicants. If you are shortlisted, a member of our recruitment team will contact you to discuss the next stage of the process. This will include online assessments and attendance at an Assessment Day on Thursday, 7th May, held at our site in Howden, East Yorkshire. Attendance on this day is essential.

Eligibility

  • Be 18yrs or over, by 1st September 2026.
  • Not be in full-time education (or have finished education by 1st September 2026).
  • Be a UK, EU, or EEA citizen or have the right to work in the UK.
  • Be a resident in the UK for at least 3 years.
  • Not be on a Tier 1, Tier 4 or Tier 5 Visa.
  • Provide evidence of a Level 2 qualification in Maths & English at GCSE grade A*-C / 9-4 or equivalent (if unable to provide evidence, then you would need to complete Functional Skills in English & Maths alongside the apprenticeship).
  • 3 x ‘A’ Levels grades or expected grades of C or above.
  • Be a confident communicator with excellent people skills.
  • Possess excellent attention to detail.
  • Be able to work collaboratively with others and solutions-focused with a positive outlook.

About Your Degree Apprenticeship

Our training provider offers degree apprenticeships that bridge the gap between degree education and the working world, putting cutting-edge academic theory into practice.
