Overview

Floating Kitchen Designer - Littlehampton & Rustington Area. This is a field-based role covering a cluster of depots within a geographical area. You will be a creative and customer-focused kitchen designer with a passion for bringing spaces to life, providing expert design solutions, building strong customer relationships, and helping drive sales while working across multiple depots.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert design solutions and design knowledge across multiple depots.
  • Build strong customer relationships and help drive sales while adapting to different locations.
  • Collaborate with depot teams to ensure high standards of customer service and project delivery.
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments with an eye for detail.
  • Face-to-face and online training via Howdens Academy covering kitchen measuring and compliance, inspirational design, technical product knowledge, and sales skills.
