Howden Joinery is recruiting an Engineering Maintenance Supervisor for the Engineering team at our solid surface production facility, Howdens Work Surfaces, at Holme on Spalding Moor, East Yorkshire.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling maintenance and engineering activities throughout manufacturing to ensure asset performance, reliability, and quality are guaranteed and improved.
A confident leader, you will lead a team of engineering colleagues and indirectly the maintenance activities of operators in the delivery of world-class asset care with the highest standards of safety.
Shift Pattern : 3-week rotating shift pattern including Days and Nights
