Role Description
This is an apprenticeship role in Trade Sales and Service, located on‑site in Livingston. The apprentice will be responsible for supporting trade sales, assisting customers with inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and participating in trading activities. The role will involve understanding product ranges, stock management, and developing effective communication with customers and colleagues.
