Howdens Windsor is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Kitchen Sales Designer to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a high-potential depot with strong market presence and clear scope to achieve or exceed £3,000,000 in turnover by the end of 2027.
As a Kitchen Sales Designer, you will be responsible for designing, pricing, and selling kitchens while building long-term relationships with our trade customers and homeowners. You will contribute directly to the depot’s sales growth, customer satisfaction, and overall performance.
Key Responsibilities- Design and sell kitchens tailored to customer needs using Howdens’ design software
- Build and maintain strong relationships with trade customers and homeowners
- Manage enquiries from initial consultation through to order completion
- Drive sales performance and contribute to depot turnover and targets
- Work closely with depot colleagues to ensure accuracy, availability, and timely delivery
- Maintain high standards of customer service and product knowledge
- Experience in kitchen design, sales, or a customer-facing sales role (preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, target-driven mindset with attention to detail
- Confidence using design software and managing multiple projects
- A team player who is motivated to contribute to depot growth and success
