With the planned opening of our new ‘Howdens Expo’ showroom based in Watford, we are seeking a team lead for our customer co-ordinators and for day-to-day management of the showroom. The Howdens Expo showcases our full kitchen, bedroom and joinery ranges, to generate new leads for depots and account holders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage team performance, holidays, absence and co-ordinate team cover
  • Host Events and Senior Audiences
  • Ensuring that sales leads are passed to depots for sales support
  • Providing analysis of activity, trends/insights/feedback/opportunities to senior management team
  • Day to day management of the site such as reporting maintenance, upholding health and safety standards, display changes
  • Deliver training to new staff
  • Work closely with marketing to help promote on social media platforms and provide feedback where necessary
