As part of our continued growth within Learning & Development, we are seeking an additional Regional Learning Partner to support our business in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. This is a dynamic and rewarding role where you will lead the delivery of our end-to-end training including Induction, Compliance, Essential Skills, and Succession Development to enhance performance and develop future talent.
Working in partnership with Regional Directors, HR Business Partners, and the Delivery Manager, the role ensures all learning activity supports performance objectives and aligns with the wider People Plan. This is a field-based role covering Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland; however, at times there will be nationwide delivery and events which may require overnight stays.
What you’ll be doing as a Regional Learning Partner:
- Deliver high-quality face-to-face and virtual training across the region covering Induction, Compliance, Essential Skills, and Succession Development programmes.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of regional training ensuring all sessions are engaging, inclusive, and aligned to Trade performance objectives.
- Partner with Regional Directors, HRBPs, and the Trade Delivery Manager to plan, prioritise, and deploy the Regional L&D Plan in line with business needs.
- Collaborate with SMEs and content owners to co-deliver Compliance and technical training ensuring accuracy, relevance, and practical application.
- Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of training using feedback, attendance, and business performance data to demonstrate impact on depot results.
- Support depots identified to have potential performance challenges providing targeted in-depot coaching and refresher training.
- Deliver induction training for new starters and ensure consistent onboarding standards across the Region.
- Maintain accurate training records through the Learning Management System (LMS) and report key outcomes to stakeholders.
What we are looking for from you:
- Proven experience delivering L&D programmes across multiple locations and sites (ideally from a competitor or major firm in the retail or hospitality sector).
- Experience operating in a regional field-based role.
- Confident in facilitating both face-to-face and virtual learning to diverse audiences.
- Experienced in working with senior stakeholders to plan and evaluate learning activity.
- Skilled in measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of learning through performance data and feedback.
- Experience co-delivering technical or compliance-based content with subject matter experts (SMEs).
- Demonstrated success in supporting succession and future talent pipelines through targeted learning initiatives.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
- Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders across multiple regions.
- Organised, proactive, and confident in managing own delivery plan.
- Familiar with LMS systems.
